Stockwood District covers the South of Luton, Caddington and Slip End area's of Luton in Bedfordshire.
We were formerly the Central and Farley Hill Districts' and due to a decrease in units the two districts merged in 1999.
Stockwood District consists of:
2 Rainbow Units
6 Brownie Units
2 Guide Units
Sarah is our District Commisioner she has this year gained her Queens Guide Award. Sarah is a young guider who runs a Ranger unit and has run Brownies as well, the girls all know her as 'Tinkerbell' Sarah is also PR Adviser for the County and Stockwood district are proud that sarah has come up through their ranks right from Rainbows up!!
